Dr Gendler ordered a new medicine. The paper work I received from her said to take it with my evening meal. The prescription says take it at breakfast time. When do I take it? Will have to call and the office to check it out.

The doctor was very thorough and listened to my symptoms and collected family history. She provided a short term plan to help get my health back on track and ordered tests to try to get to the root cause of the issues.

Absolutely fantastic service provided. Called for an as soon as possible type appt ... very receptive to my need. Got an appt the very next morning with good advice and follow up. Both receptionist, intake nurse and doctor were great!

Dr Gendler is very thorough and enjoyable to visit.

It was scary to get on the elevator, because it was extremely loud. As I was waiting to be taken into the office, I jumped every time the elevator came to the 3rd floor. It has been loud for the years i have been coming here, tut this was to the extreme.

Dr. Gendler is an excellent doctor, who listens patiently and explores various options to help with the medical issue that the patient is concerned with. She tirelessly works to relieve patients of any distress they are experiencing in regard to their medical issues and orders blood work, x-rays, or a visit to a specialist to identify the specific health problem and plan a course of treatment. My husband and I feel fortunate to have her as our primary physician.

I would like to hear music in the offices instead of reruns of tv shows. Music is relaxing and not adoring.

Dr Gendler is very detailed. She takes the time to explain everything in terms I can understand. Because of this, waiting a few extra minutes during my visit doesn't seem to bother me as I know she is just providing excellent care to others. Very grateful for her patience and understanding.
