I have called twice over the last week with a couple of follow up questions only to be told a member of my care team would contact me. Haven't heard back at all. Going to try one more time today and then I'm transferring to a Kettering Medical network orthopedics office.

I really liked the doctor, except that what he had to say was mostly "doctorspeak" and not very understandable to me, a normal patient. He repeated several times, but didn't have enough time for my husband to come into the room to hear his medical opinion and explanation. I left not knowing if he wanted to see me again. Dr. Klosterman really knew about my injury, just didn't put me at ease.

Physician and staff were exceptional! Each took their time with me as a patient. I did not feel rushed and I felt heard.....just wish there had been more detail shared regarding all of my MRI results like the effusion and cyst that were noted.....

I had to wait a long time for the Dr. to come in, no explanation why it took so long.

Dr Klosterman and his team is excellent, there friendly, they treat with the most respect, from the time you get there until the time you leave, I highly recommend Dr klosterman and his team, I dont care if its 1, 2 or three years or more, when I go there, they no me as a patient from day one. We talk, we laugh they make your visit pleasant. Team keep up the good work.

I would highly recommend this place. Every person I dealt with was top notch both professionally and in the way they treated me.

I want to thank Premier Ortho for getting me in so quickly. I had a lot of related pain and could not get into my PCP who is with Kettering, but I walked into Premier Ortho and got an appointment and was able to get my knee problem looked and got a referral immediately to PT so that I could get correction of my problem started, and so know the healing process has already begun!

All the staff was wonderful. From the minute I walked in the door. The receptionist, the lady that took the X-rays the gentleman that checked me in. Dr Klosterman and the gentleman that gave me the shot and the lady that was with him.

I waited about 4 months to get an appointment. I was scheduled for 10:45. I did not see the doctor until an hour after that and only after I asked the nurse whether the doctor was coming. The consultation was rushed and only one of the 3 issues I raised with the nurse/medical assistant were addressed (albeit the most important one). The doctor is great and I understand his high rating online. Nevertheless, after waiting 4 months to find out whether I may have cancer, it was disappointing to feel rushed and to not have all the orthopedic issues discussed. After the appointment, I was not able to schedule because the calendar couldn't be found. Overall, I would still give the Dr. a 4 out of 5 but I was expecting a 5.

It was a very good experience. Great helpers. Very great attention given. Very impressed with helpfulness given by all staff.

Having a total knee replacement wasn't an easy surgery but Dr. Klosterman and his PA Chris Groff helped me get through it before, during and after the surgery. Each of my appointments went smoothly, even the staple removal was bearable due to Brian's gentle touch. During my other two follow up appointments, Chris reassured me that I was healing properly despite the pain issues I've been having. He gave me the confidence to keep going and recommended that I continue to do the strengthening exercises for the best long term results. I can't say enough about the care I received from Dr. Klosterman and his wonderful team! I highly recommend them to anyone seeking orthopedic services from the best group of professionals in the Dayton region!
