Dr Ouellette was straight forward ,answering all my questions.I loved the fact he wasn't mamby pamby or wishy washy.I preferred the honesty,and straight up.Which he gave.

I felt comfortable and confident w the whole team.

Professional and very knowledgeable.

For the question about the doctor, ordering tests and bloodwork: I saw him for the first time to discuss the surgery. He is going to perform on me next week. He did everything right!

I would just say it was one of the best medical experiences I've had. Dr Ouellette took his time explaining what I was dealing with and how we could take care of it. Helped me understand. His staff was so professional, efficient and friendly. Can't say enough about my visit!

I had an 8am appointment and was about ten minutes early. When I first got there the office was locked. It then opened around 7:58 and I had to wait a few minutes for anyone to show up. When someone did she kept asking how I got into the office and seemed concerned that the door had been open. I was roomed probably around 8:10, so not super late, but it was a confusing and odd experience.

The office staff is friendly and professional. I am greeted by my first name and asked how things are. All the staff is amazing. Dr Ouellette is kind and personal allowing me to be instantly at ease. He takes time to see how I am before we get results. awesome! I am absolutely pleased with every aspect of the office...start to finish.

I am a first time melanoma patient. I am very pleased with my first visit. Two procedures need to be scheduled, hopefully as soon as possible.

The doctor and staff were very pleasant and cheerful to deal with. I really didn't know enough to ask many questions. But the ones that I did ask the answer.

Dr. Ouellette is very attentive and concerned about his patients wellness. I wouldn't go to anyone else!
