After insurance I guess.. I owe you $90.00 That just seems so steep a cost for maybe 7 minutes with the doctor.. wow.. I feel sorry for people who do not enough money to cover specialty visits.. wow.. so expensive

This appointment was with an exceptional Doctor, Dr. James T. Dunlap. When we arrived everything went great. I was seeking a second opinion on future back surgery. Dr. Dunlap was previously at another practice and knew my case well. I trust his opinions and diagnostic analysis more than any other Doctor I know. I didn't like the prognosis, but as always he delivered the lumbar spine options very well. When he looked in the system, we found that the other medical team did not share my cervical spine MRI. Dr. Dunlap's team worked the issue and received the MRI. He reviewed it with me and found a medical solution to the cervical issues. In other practices over my many years, one finds Docs who run into a room deliver a prognosis and depart without any other help. Dr. Dunlap has never been that way since I've known him since 2015 during a spinal fusion procedure and post op supports. He previews the patients charts and scans, etc. and jumps right in, well prepared. I know his giving my wife some extra insights on my condition, really puts him in a time crunch, but he does it. That's all too rare in todays medical world. There's a top tier of Docs who do such, and he's definitely of that top tier. Also, we'd like to give a good shout out to the Upper Valley Med Offices support staff. They were also excellent. Bad directions from the App crunched our arrival time to the last minutes of our arrival window, but they took it in stride and worked us in. The med support team was very friendly and that helped put us at ease given the sober topics of more back surgeries very living with the conditions. All-in-all, we could not be happier with the care we received. I'll be moving my care to Premier from the other guys!

The paperwork/pre-registration was redundant. I doubt they even knew I already gave them all the information online before I got there. Even the paperwork itself was disorganized and redundant. If it was my business, I would review this process.

They entire staff was very friendly and professional! Dr. Dunlap was very easy to talk to and was very thorough! Great experience.

I was referred to a back surgeon from a foot surgeon. We discussed my issue and told him I've seen a podiatrist, foot surgeon and a pain management specialist. He then tells me that he is going to refere me to a for surgeon. The Dr. was really nice probably my favorite in the last year, but getting sent to doctor to doctor with no answer is very stressful.

Dr Dunlap is simply wonderful. Very nice, listens to you and more importantly makes you feel heard as well.

It is my fault but since I had so much to consider at the time, I failed to ask a couple of questions. The first is what might be causing my neuropathy and the second is what type of back brace the doctor suggested. There are so many it is difficult to know what should work best. Thank you. Excellent doctor and wonderful staff.!

Amazing doctor and does not push invasive procedures understands and appreciates patience is tolerances for injuries/conditions. They were born with.
