I was started on 3 meds in 45 days. When I saw that the Jardiance was ordered from the local pharmacy, rather mail order place the check-out desk could not get an answer for me. Confusing that labs were ordered by previous RN. This new drug has several side effects. UTI- already bothered by night time OAB. Could have leg problem- bothered by increased arthritis in the last 6 months.

Well...I had a little longer wait than usual. Jamie was most friendly, but she talked so very fast I could barely get all of what she was saying!! I felt very hurried in the appointment. She kept saying, "don't worry it'll all be in the paperwork". But I had to make phone calls back to the nurse to adk the questions I needed, which ended up in a phone tag situation. If she had let me ask right then about these bew meds. she was switching me to then, I would have been able to avoid being on the one all together. Just saying, please give us, especially new patients, a Lil more time, dang it!!! THANK YOU...

The staff here is always so friendly and polite. They are very helpful in making sure you have everything you need taken care of. The physicians always take time to listen to all my questions and concerns. One of the best around.

PA Jamie Seiley was friendly, professional and very informative. Her explanation cleared up some confusion I had from telephone conversations with office staff and gave me a very clear picture of what my treatment plan will look like.
