We are truly blessed to have Dr Schatzel as our primary physician. He cares, and listens and find his advice and directions in regards to our health, valuable and we are as good as we are thanks to him. .

The doctor and team were incredible. The only rough part was the wait time. I had to wait an hour past my appointment time to see the doctor. That's time that I could've been at work, getting things done. I don't feel it was his fault, but even some acknowledgment that they were running pretty far behind while I was waiting would have made me feel reassured.

Had to wait for the doctor over one half hour in the examination room. The exam seemed to be very limited. The doctor spent almost half of the time at the keyboard. He did seem to be concerned about me and made some suggestions about my health.

I waited for 30 min. past the time of appointment. This seems to happen most of the time i have an appointment. Waiting longer then 15 min. is not something I like.
