Jaylin Walker, PA-C

Jaylin herself was great. The receptionists and other staff were less so. I called and spoke to someone about being seen the day before, stating I just needed seen as soon as I could due to an illness that is time sensitive and did not want to go to urgent care. They acknowledged, and scheduled me for an appt first thing in the morning. When the staff found out I was only there to be seen for this illness and not switching primary care doctors (even though I had spoken to someone before hand!) they immediately changed how they treated me. I was in the waiting room/lobby and could HEAR them loudly discussing me, with attitude and annoyance. Immediately after walking out of the clinic, I was then called by someone in the office who quite literally shamed me repeatedly for going to that office to be seen. I was told I had mislead them and done wrong, when I tried to explain that I had called and asked I was cut off and told "They clearly didn't understand you meant to do THIS!" Aside from the doctor/Jaylin being very nice and understanding, the experience was honestly terrible and I hope to never return to this office.
