About The Provider
Jeff Heath earned his bachelor of arts in psychology at Ohio University and his master of science in counselor education from the University of Dayton. Jeff completed his LPCC coursework at the University of Dayton.
Jeff has over 25 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Prior to joining Upper Valley Outpatient Behavioral Health, Jeff worked in various treatment settings including inpatient, residential, and outpatient. He works closely with clients, their families and significant others, and other agencies involved to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Areas of clinical focus include: ADHD and other disruptive behavioral disorders; depression and other mood disorders; self-esteem issues; bullying issues; anxiety disorders; developing coping skills and strategies; personal and social counseling; educational counseling; family and couples counseling.

For several years I have continued to experience positive experiences with everyone in this office be it at the front desk or with the medical staff. I have benefited greatly from my time with my specialists and sessions therein. I would recommend this office to anyone.

This was my first Therapy session in my life, and I was quite unsure what to expect. Jeff made me very comfortable immediately. I came in a little intimidated and anxious, but within the first 5 minutes those feelings were no longer a concern. and after the session, I felt an immediate relief that someone actually understands what I'm going through and how I'm feeling. I am quite looking forward to my next session with Jeff and working on myself through his direction.
