He explained in depth about what he was going to do during the procedure, expected outcomes, and provided additional information regarding my MRI results on my back. Very respectable

I have been very pleased with Premier Orthopedics MVS. All of the staff listen carefully and seem to be interested in my health and healing.

I needed to be told that I might have a reaction to my injections. Last night, a little over a day after the procedure, my face got beet red, it puffed up, and was very hot. I took a Benadryl last night, but I was still experiencing those same symptoms this morning. I went to my Pharmacy and asked a pharmacist about this. He said it should pass and that I could take another Benadryl. My condition has gotten better. When I had one injection in my hip before, this never happened...too much of a good thing this time! I think very highly of Dr. James and will choose him again should I have similar symptoms in the future.

He was great. This is my 3rd injection done by him on 3 different parts of my body. Im already feeling 80% and I was only feeling 50% before injection. Hopefully it get to 100%!! He's quick and straight to the point and professional. Give this guy a raise lol.

He did a thorough exam and explained the plan of care very well. I teared up a little bit thinking about the potential treatment, and he was very patient and thoughtful with my feelings. I was lucky to get an appointment so quickly with this physician.

I'm waiting to hear back from Dr. James' office to schedule an injection once approved by Medicare. The initial visit went well.

Interesting in my health, is always helpful and has the best solution to the problem. Area with pain is now 90% better. So glad to have a great provider for my issue!!

This was my first time at the Brown St. medical office. I was pleased to see an old church be repurposed for Premier. It is now in good hand and will not fall to ruin. The remodel work and original old brick wall on the interior is very well done.

I currently think the Orthopedic Offices at Miami Valley South provide excellent care.

great staff, great facility, Dr James is the best. The parking lot is insufficient for handicapped patients. Even if you can get one of the handicap spots, the walk in can be arduous.

Dr. James provided excellent care for the cortisol shots in my shoulder. He thoroughly explained what would happen, what I outcomes I could expect, and possible side effects. Procedure was efficient and painless. I would definitely recommend Dr. James to others.

Dr. James and his team were very thorough and empathetic about my condition and the treatment provided.

During my visit, I felt like I received information not treatment. I left feeling as though I was an inturreption in his day and a not so productive meeting for me. There was no follow up scheduled and I was only perscribed OTC medication. The information shared about my condition left me feeling fearful and unsure of what would happen next. The doctor and his staff were "professional" however, I am disappointed in the way the office visit went. It's almost like I was left to figure it out for myself.

Right on time and no delay. All contacts were personable and friendly and treated me with respect.

I received a text message the next day saying my insurance had been processed and I owed a balance. Doesn't give any information at all- no date of service, no patient name, no details. I also pay my elderly mother's bills so this could be from one of her visits. Or maybe just a scam. Hard to believe my insurance was processed in one day. Not paying until I get more information.

Dr James is amazing. He truly seems to care about the well-being of his patients. He has worked me into his schedule at the last minute for injections several times so that I wouldn't need to wait for pain relief. He's kind, listens, and explains things well.
