He just talked right through me. I had concerns about pain stemming from an accident from weeks before and all he wanted to talk about was how the Xray showed nothing was broken. I knew nothing was broken, but I know my pain hasn't improved. a path forward for me was not presented, just sent home with a badly photocopied pamphlet and exhortions on the benefits on over the counter inflamation relief pills

Overall very pleased - got in within the next day of calling. The only issue we had - was scheduling did not make clear the appointment was at Vandalia. I asked at the end of the call if it was located near Miami Valley North and they said "no we were in Miami Valley North" and told me the room number. We arrived 1/2 hour early and were told the appointment was at Vandalia. At that point, I had no MyChart set up (I do now) - so it was next to impossible to know an error had been made in which office. I did not get text confirmation. On a positive note, the follow-up call regarding an MRI - the scheduler was exceptional. She found something 3 days out for my son's knee injury. Both schedulers were fine - just there was a miscommunication on the location for the first appointment. Thankfully, because we had been told to be early (and we were 1/2 hour early), we had sufficient time to get to the other location. We would use Premier Orthopedics again. Very good communication and scheduling overall.

Dr. Rayborn & his staff is one of the Bes Doctor I visited. They're very informative and make sure I have information I need before and after my visit! Very Polite and professional.

All staff were very cordial. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and got x rays right away. I paid my co pay and was given paperwork. Before I could finish it, I was called back to exam room. My x rays were brought up on computer for me to view. I only had a short wait until Dr. Rayborn came in. He explained my x rays and course of treatment. Very pleased .

I was amazed by the whole process and facility and staff. Appointment in two days, x rays before I even sat down to wait, called immediately as I sat down, saw the tech right away, saw the doctor immediately. I never waited two minutes at any one point of the process. All I can say is WOW!

The efficiency of this staff was amazing. I saw 4 different people to take specific things like xray, review, and outgoing instructions within 30 minutes with 0 wait when I walked in. Not the usual doctor's office experience in a wonderful way!

He didn't have to order Xrays of my knee because they were done in the ER at the hospital about 10 days before my appointment and these were sent to his office before my appointment.

I was particularly happy with Dr. Rayborn's encyclopedic knowledge and references to recent conference proceedings discussing the state of the art of knee treatments. This exceeded my expectations for the conversation we had and the treatment I received. I would consider myself unusual in that I do dig deeply into peer-reviewed resources and I am grateful that he acknowledged that and was able to speak to me in a truly educational and reaffirming manner. This is a massive mental relief because I am confident that this doc is on top of it all and not just checking boxes. Thank you for that, it is a rare feeling to walk away from a doctors office feeling this confident and reassured.

Well, I was expecting a little more information for my issues. There wasn't a referral and I had a question, but he had left. Only gave me a list of therapist, which I couldn't find.

Dr Rayborn I'd great and always collaborates with me about my care since I am a nurse. Trust him and great way to communicate.

Dr. Rayborn and staff very knowledge of my problems and needs. Dr. Rayborn didn't hurry my visit and asked me several times if I had questions about my problems. Every one very kind and professional.

My visit could not have been any better. The receptionist was smiling...that's a good start for me. The x-ray tech was easy to talk to, as was the nurse(?) who took my data before I saw Dr. Rayborn. As always, Dr. Rayborn was friendly and patiently listening to my concerns. And, he made sure I understood my issue and provided me with exercise information to help with any recurring issues. The entire staff made for an easy visit!

Dr Rayborn saw me in March 2024 and I appreciated him asking me what happened it's been over a year. He gave me my treatment options and I felt so very hopeful when I left his office yesterday . This is the same feeling I had in 2024 when I had my initial evaluation. He is compassionate , He explained everything , answered my questions and He listened to me. This is why I keep choosing him for my orthopedic visits.

Great experience with Dr. Rayborn and staff. Last visit in October of 2024 had billing insurance coding issues which hopefully have been resolved. It took over 6 months to correct with Premier hospital billing.

The PA was very nice...the doctor was pleasant also. However being told to arrive at 3:05 for a 3:20 app't and then not being seen until just before 4 is not appreciated.

Dr. Rayburn was the worst doctor I've ever seen. I was in there because of my knee,I had fallen on it 3 times. After the first fall I went to the ER and had xrays which showed a sprain. The doctor used those old trays and did nothing else to see if there was further damage to my knee, he just gave me a shot in my knee and sent me on my way. He didn't even check my knee to see there was further damage. If you need help don't waste your time on this doctor.

Dr. Rayborn is a wonderful doctor. He did such a better job at explaining the problem, examining me and giving me a treatment plan than another ortho doc I saw. The other ortho doc misdiagnosed me and was giving me injections and telling me I would need surgery for a problem I didn't even have and Dr. Rayborn was great at getting to the real problem I was having which did not need injections or surgery. I recommend him to everyone.

My son had fractures in both his wrists. We had went to the ER the night before and they did X-rays & wrapped them. We followed up with Dr Rayborn. He squeezed us in the next day! Explained our xrays and treatment plan. He was wonderful.

Doctor, Xray tech, nurse, Dr assistant all where outstanding! Front desk, not so much. He acted as if I was bothering him, short and not pleasant.

The front office needs some training . Not very professional. Answering phones and trying to check in appointments at the same time isn't very productive. I would separate these duties so they could focus on their tasks.

I didn't have to wait too long and the X-ray was done immediately! I appreciated the efficiency and the results of my care

I forgot to ask about the cause of the pain in my knee and hip so I can prevent or at least minimize the likelihood of it returning. It's possible that Dr. Rayborn mentioned it but not in a way that I recognized the information.
