Still working on some way to correct my problem ?

I had written the appointment for 3:30pm, only to find out when I showed up that I was expected at 8:30am. The practice was kind enough to see me, even though I kept them late that day. It was very thoughtful and caring of everyone to see me that afternoon, as I was traveling the next day. THANK YOU!

My only difficulty related to the fact that I am hearing impaired and Dr. AlMasri has a strong accent that was at times difficult to understand.

I feel the doctor did not listen nor explore my medical history before considering treatment. I also do not feel he personable or care about my well-being.

Lab techs were amazing and friendly and the nurse was wonderful. Really felt safe and comfortable. The Dr was very nice and thorough.

Waiting two hours to be seen was an unpleasant experience.

Everything went ok. Blood test was painless. Everyone was polite. Doc explained everything clearly.

Overall, very positive. The only slight negative was an error in the clinical notes after the visit: The notes say I was tested for TB 3 years ago; this was actually 30 years ago.

Dr Al Masri is a superior physician. He is genuinely interested in helping the patient. He is one of the best doctors I have ever had. We need more doctors like him.

I had injured my foot and was put in a boot just that morning. When the front staff saw me hobbling in with a borrowed walker, she went downstairs at the hospital and got me a wheelchair to use while I was in the office. Very helpful!!!

Feel comfortable there. Had blood taken & was painless.

I felt like I was important and the doctor's took their time with me.. They never rushed their time with me and listened closely to what I said. Great team of doctor's.

Had to wait 45 minutes and he stayed 10 minutes and told us to come back in two months
