Simply love Jennifer Atkinson!!!

I was 5 1/2 lost surgery from pacemaker pocket revision which was a waste of time. I explained at the appoint how bad it still feels. It was quickly looked at and I was told everything at the incision site looked fine which I don't see how I literally have a small hole on the incision that has still not closed and something is literally poking out of it, it is now exactly 6 weeks it's still open with something poking out of it, I'm so upset because I don't know what to do or where to go to get proper treatment.

Jennifer explained the procedure that was scheduled in a way I could understand , and also told me what restrictions I would have . I also received written information that myself and my family could read over.

I had an ER visit for chest pain. I should have seen a cardiologist within 5days. When trying to to schedule an appointment the receptionist said he wasn't available for a month. I explained the ER visit was for chest pain she offered no solutions and told me to have a nice day. I got to see my PCP. He left an urgent message to be seen. I got a call the next day and the lady was so helpful and apologetic explained how full the schedule is and got me in. It's too bad there not enough healthcare for the pt load at Premier
