Timely and thorough. Friendly staff and The Doctor is very nice! Saved my life!

I couldn't set another appointment yet as we will wait for test scheduling and results.

I waited like 8 months to be able to have her for my new family doctor. My insurance didn't except my doctor I had and I researched Dr Heidrich and she was everything I was looking for for my needs and age and I already think she is amazing ! I really feel good about my choice and I believe she and her staff are super friendly helpful and kind .

First visit with this doctor as my former doctor left the practice. She was very responsive when I asked about getting blood/urine tests before my visit. She was knowledgeable about my test results during the actual visit, explained details well, and made recommendations based on my age since this was a Medicare wellness visit. We also covered recommendations to current specialists I am seeing since this is a new requirement from UnitedHealthcare in 2026. Overall, I was very pleased with the visit!
