It was great.

I was at the office for a routine gel injection in my knee. However, Jenn took a moment to hear my concerns about a recent fall I had that affected my OTHER knee. She looked at both knees and recommended steroids to help reduce the swelling, which should reduce the pain. And urged me to come back if I needed further attention. I appreciate that she took a minute to look at the problem and came up with a simple solution to help the situation.

When i was taken to X-ray the techs had the wrong info about what area of my body needed evaluation so someone wasn't paying attention when I made the appt. They did make the correction. Later, when I met with my PT team, said they said it would have been helpful to also have X-rays of my left hip standing up the obtain weight bearing images. Both images taken were lying down. I have another appt with Sports Medicine for an ultra sound guided injection in August. Wish I could get in sooner.

My appointment was at 8:00 AM. I arrived at 7:45 AM, but the door was not open. I had to wait in the hallway until an employee came and opened the door, about 7:50 AM. Maybe telling 8:00 AM patients that the doors do not open till almost 8:00 AM would be helpful?

Jennifer definitely knows her stuff. Also a good listener. Will definitely recommend.

Jennifer was exceptional. She had read through the answers I submitted through MyChart, read through the notes I provided to the medical assistant the morning of my visit and had even consulted the surgeon prior to visiting with me. She was concerned and reassuring with the assessment of my injury. 5 Stars for Jennifer!!

The staff is always friendly & helpful. However, my appointment was at 11 am, and I didn't get called in until about 11:45. In cases like this, it would be good if the staff could let people know up front that things are running late, and give folks an idea of when they can expect to be seen. It's frustrating when it appears that everyone in the waiting room, including those who came after you, were called in first.

PA was very courteous and apologetic for being over an hour late for appointment. (good and bad...). The PA suggested an MRI which I had to schedule. However earliest available MRI appointment was 3 weeks out. This is a long wait when I work on my feet and am in pain EVERY MOMENT of every day. Additionally, am I further injuring muscles which could be healing if I stayed less mobile? The prescribed 6 day steroid pack did eliminate/reduce pain for short period so I could catch up on sleep.

I was seen on time and the PA spent most of her time answering my questions which I was greatly appreciative of. Premier Orthopedics is a quality office with top quality personnel.

Other than being a little behind schedule, I only had to wait about 10 or so minutes after my scheduled time to see the physician, but the staff was very courteous and professional. The Dr. explained what she saw in the x-rays and made sure that I understood what she saw and what she was going to do. All in all, yes, I'd recommend the group to others
