Jennifer L. Stallsmith, FNP

Jennifer Stallsmith, FNP, earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in Family Nurse Practice from Northern Kentucky University in Highland Heights, Kentucky. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Diploma in Nursing through Saint Joseph’s College and Saint Elizabeth’s Hospital School of Nursing in Rensselaer and Lafayette, Indiana. Jennifer is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She is a member of the Ohio Nurses Association.

As a primary care provider, Jennifer provides comprehensive family medicine care including annual physicals, sports and school physicals, management of acute illnesses, and ongoing care for chronic conditions. Her clinical skills include minor wound care, ear cleanings, and other routine in-office procedures.

She is committed to delivering patient‑centered, individualized care grounded in respect, dignity, and compassion. Jennifer values building meaningful relationships with her patients and encourages them to take an active role in their health and well‑being.

While not providing patient care, she enjoys participating in 5K walks, supporting youth sports, and exploring a variety of arts and crafts.
