Dr. Lee is an excellent physician. She listens with patience, interest and compassion. I especially appreciated how she reviewed everything we discussed and her recommendations at the end of the exam. I trust her and am grateful she is my doctor. Also, the LPN, who worked me up and spoke to me after my exam, was very kind and helpful. I'm sorry I've forgotten her name which she told me at least twice! She also reviewed the relevant information and that was very helpful and reassuring.

Dr Lee was friendly and very thorough in her examination. I only wish that her schedule had room for a follow-up visit sooner than a month.

Dr. Jennifer Lee: great provider interaction, listens to the patient, and gives feedback. The check-in staff was very friendly and engaging. The LPN provided a quick relaxation technique that significantly lowered my blood pressure. Ditto to Compunet and quick turnaround on the test results.

I followed Dr Lee from Wright State Physicians. I wish WSP was still available because I loved that office and their staff. Best place ever. I hope Premier Health can live up to them.

Dr. Lee and her staff listened and gave me their full attention. I was very happy with the time and treatment they provided. My only complaint was with the blood draws. Both arms stayed bruised for almost 2 weeks.

The doctor and care are great. However, the wait time was unsatisfactory. I waited in the lobby for an hour and watched patient after patient get called ahead of me, who arrived after me. I checked in with the front desk to confirm they knew I was there, asked a nurse who was checking in another patient to check on my appointment to which I felt forgotten about. Only after I sent a message through MyChart did a nurse come check me in. She was extremely apologetic, and explained the facility change had a few hiccups in their system. That is the only criticism I can say at this point.

When I first met Jen, its like she had always been my doctor. She listen to my issues ESPECIALLY no (INTERN). Well since years have passed to 2025. I will sit down and let an INTERN ask me questions. I explain my issues and they take notes and then go out and talk to JEN. When there is an issue we put out BRAINS together and try to get a solution. GREAT DOCTOR.

The reception desk setup is awkward. The monitors are too high making it difficult for the staff to see you. Layout is just not user friendly. There is no way to queue for a receptionist.

The receptionists at check-in seemed a little distracted, because you people had them handling incoming, in addition to in-person calls. That workload is a might ridiculous for anyone working medical reception. There's a much higher chance things will get miscommunicated, misplaced, or the employee would get distracted. Your organization should look into correcting this. However, the visit with Dr. Lee was exceptional. She's been my physician for approximately the past 5 years, and I've stayed with her because she's the only physician I have had in my entire life(not hyperbolic in the slightest) I have felt both listened-to, and understood. She provides excellent recommendations, suggestions, and exceptional courses of treatment, and hopefully you will keep that in mind come her annual review.
