Excellent!!!!

Everything went just fine.

Very long wait time to see the P.A. While the reason for my visit was partially discussed by the nurse. The PA did not address the main reason I was there. I felt rushed when she came in and had to wait an additional length of time for an aid to come an educate me on my injection instructions. I do realize that this is a busy practice so while I was somewhat inconvenienced. I understand and appreciate them for getting me in asap.

The scheduling was efficient and the receptionist very pleasant. The Nurse/practicioner was very informative and was really good at explaning my situation and options. I left feeling very comfortable that I had the information I needed to make proper decisions.

My experience was great! The staff was lovely and I really liked the provider. She explained things well and listed to my concerns. We were able to work together to come up with a plan going forward!

The clinical nurse I had during my appointment was incredibly nice & very informative. He answered all my questions & had a great bedside manner! He very much deserves a raise! My nurse practitioner was so very nice & explained things to me in a way easy for me to understand & was also very kind to me.

She was an hour late. She did apologize but blamed other patients for"talking too much" as to the reason for her delay, then proceeded to ask irrelevant questions adding to the length of our already delayed visit. I understand she was trying to be nice and establish rapport, but not appropriate considering how late things were running.

Jennifer Cohen took her time with me and was very sympathetic and patient while listening to my concerns.

I still have not heard from surgery scheduling. It says lithotripsy but that wasn't explained. Is it with me going into tank of water or just snaring it out? I know I waited minimum of 45 minutes & she was rushed. May not have been her fault. I liked her but...

I PARTICULARLY appreciated her sharing her perspective that while NO cancer is a GOOD thing, Prostate Cancer is the MOST manageable, as compared to at least 3 to 4 others that she pointed out. Very TRUSTWORTHY PROVIDER, in MY OPINION! I feel FORTUNATE, to be in HER care...

We have visited this practice several times and this visit was the BEST we have ever had- both staff members were personable and professional and caring!!!

Found a new issue with the imaging that was unexpected (kidney stones) but I still don't have a clear answer to my incontinence issue and what is causing it.

Everyone at Dr. Cohen is very friendly and willing to help from the receptionist to the Doctor. Keep up the good work.
