Jennifer M. Smail, MDís scope of surgical practice includes complex spine surgery, cervical disorders, degenerative spine, spinal deformity, trauma, tumor, infection and minimally invasive spine surgery.
Dr. Smail is a graduate of the University of Alabama in Huntsville and the University of Alabama School of Medicine. She completed her Orthopaedic residency at the University of Cincinnati and her spine surgery fellowship at the University of Louisville.

Very courteous staff. Because Dr. Smail had an emergency surgery that morning, the staff called me ahead of time to adjust my visit time so I would not have to wait for a prolonged time in the waiting room; greatly appreciated.
