Excellent experience from A to Z. Everyone has been very nice and helpful.

The physicians and residents were excellent but the ortho tech and MAs in the office were very short with both myself and my husband on 2 separate occasions! The may need a course in professional courtesy!

Jeremy is outstanding. Very thorough, excellent listener, and patient. Answered all questions completely and easy to understand.

The lady that took out my stitches was a little too rough seeing how they were already tender. I left there feeling bad had to come home and take a couple of Tylenol.

Jeremey Queen is a good medical professional. I had a good visit with him. He was helpful.

The MA was not very interested in being there.... Kept saying' you'll have to ask the doctor. She took out my stitches and that was painful. She said sorry throughout. Dr Queen was very nice. Never actually looked at my shoulder directly but said it wasn't infected. Never got off the stool to even view it. Answered all our questions, as we asked them.
