With changes in the Boro office, they were able to help me get the appointment I needed with another person in the office on the same day originally scheduled. I feel comfortable seeing anyone within the office. Everything went smoothly to get refills, make appt for next year, and go downstairs to new blood work.

Everyone I came in contact with was polite, friendly and helpful - to the point where one individual came down and met me at the entrance as well as taking me down at the end of my visit. She knows 'm not eager to take the elevator by myself. I did not call ahead and ask for this service. The individual knew my fear from previous appointments. and was waiting for me when I arrived.
