Everyone was so nice from from start to finish. They tailored their interactions based on my child's age. Provider was professional, knowledgeable, and had my daughter participate in the activities the Provider was doing to help ease any anxieties. My daughter loved it. I appreciate the great care you all provide!

This has nothing to do with the provider. I think it's a systemwide practice, but those forehead thermometers your offices use on children are not accurate.

I was very pleased with Nurse Practitioner that saw my kiddo. She was thorough, friendly, and very attentive. She discussed safety measures with my kiddo, that we found very enlightening and relevant.

We had a bit of a scare after a shot but the staff was wonderful in coming quickly and assisting to prevent an injury from happening. They got a cool rag, chair, water and something to eat. They sat with us and then checked on us several times to make sure we were ok. They made sure that she was stable before releasing us.
