This wellness exam was scheduled a year in advance. When I ask for a urine culture because of past issues I had to get an order from the urologist. Why couldn't Jessica put the order in?

Jessica helped work me through a misunderstanding, basically i was thinking allergy and i should have been thinking reaction. She and her nurse got my prescriptions straightened out.

The way I would receive my Blood tests was not explained because the staff knows I know they will contact me by phone about my results because I've done several test with them already and am a seasoned client. Not to mention I am always told I can call the office with any questions or concerns. Great staff always Professional yet they make a person feel welcome.
