The Doctor and all staff with whom I had contact were excellent. I never felt rushed. They were very kind and explained everything, also generously answered any questions I brought up.

My experience was very positive overall. The staff members were pleasant and the doctor was knowledgeable and gentle. Questions were answered thoroughly and all procedures were explained in a relaxed un-hurried manner and printed material was sent home with me that reinforced the explanations. I did have to wait two months to get in for my first appointment and was told it might be two more months before my procedure was scheduled due to availability at the local hospital. Although my situation was not critical I would have liked for things to move along quicker.

I just seam to be canceled alot right up to the moment I am just leaving my home. But I know things happen but it happened 2 times. And I wasn't notified until the last minute like my surgery when I got all the way to the hospital and its a good way for me that it was canceled and no one told me. I didnt care for that to much.

Very nice office and people running it. There were several handicapped parking spaces available (thank you), but there is a very HIGH curb to climb up on to get to the door. Someone is going to fall and that's not a good thing. I suggest that you have a nice wide ramp cut into that curb. Also, it would be nice to have internet available in the Waiting Room.

Dr. Metze is very easy to talk to and makes sure he answers all of your questions. Very knowledgeable.

Dr Metze attentively interested in my symptoms, thoroughly explained diagnosis and treatment options. Dr Metze and his staff were very considerate and compassionate with my condition and helped and assisted me in every way when necessary.

I felt very comfortable with the nurses , they were a great help with getting ready for the exam, and then helping getting dressed after the exam. I'm on a walkerso help was very appreciated!

Dr. Metze is one of the best doctors I've ever seen. He actually takes time with you and explains everything! He actually listens and strives for a solution. I would recommend any of my family or friends to see him and I already have and they like him as much as I do!

I'm glad that Dr. Metze offered another possibility for my problem and it isn't surgery. Also the medicine could come from the mail order pharmacy for 3 month supply compared to the cost of 1 month supply at my local pharmacy.

The entire experience was a 10 out of 10, beginning with check in and ending with check out! The staff were all helpful and extremely personable. The intake nurse was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and kind and I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Metze! He explained all of my options very clearly and answered my multiple questions patiently and thoughtfully. I could not have asked for a better experience!

Dr. Metze provides helpful information and is thorough; however, every time I have seen him, he is significantly delayed. I saw him 35 minutes after our scheduled appointment yesterday. Two visits ago, I waited almost 90 minutes before rescheduling for another day. The soonest they could get me in was 5 weeks later. There are very few urogynecologists in the area, so I understand the demand, but the waits are excessive.

Everyone in this office is kind, patient, and helpful. I felt valued and respected the entire time.

This was my first time meeting Dr. Metze and I found him to be very gentle, kind,and very good at explaining things to me. Most importantly is that he took the time to review my chart before seeing me and he actually listened to what I was telling him. Ive had a long 5 years of trying to figure out this pain and going from doctor to doctor, test to test but I left there feeling we made progress even tho he isn't able to be the one to actually do what I need done. He is pointing me to the ones who can. I would definitely come back to see him. Thank you Dr. Metze.

Dr Metze is a very knowledgeable and personable doctor who is very kind and compassionate.

No bedside manner, very negative, no encouragement, did not tell me what he was doing before he did it when checking on babies position. Physically was too rough and caused me pain during cervical check and when feeling for babies position. Was pushing his opinion on csection very very hard. Rude.

Only suggestion I have is to ask the provider to review his notes from previous appointments. I felt like I was repeating and having to remind him of my concerns. I know he was running late but just a suggestion that could have made for a better experience.

Dr. Metze was understanding and offered a few different solutions to my problem. He explained these options well and was not in a hurry. A great provider!
