Dr.Powell is always courteous and respectful He explains thoroughly what may be my issue and what options are available for treatment after he sees the image results. He's patient and shows concern for my comfort.

Everyone was great! Greeted nicely, questions answered politely. Nursing pros were thorough and friendly. Doc took the time to explain, answer questions and offer immediate relief with the injection. The only criticism is that no one explained side effects or gave any materials regarding such. It's not a huge deal for me as I have had shots before but I think it should be protocol. Other than that a fantastic group of medical professionals!

Everyone we had contact with was very professional and friendly. this was a first appointment and very helpful to understand the health situation and have a treatment plan.

I was given my prescription to get orthotics made at the Hanger Clinic at the Elizabth Place location. Once I got there, I was told I need to go to the location in Middletown.

I wasn't happy with my care it felt rushed and like I wasn't being listened to at all. Left in more pain then I came . Definitely won't be back

AP at the front desk is awesome, she welcomes me with a 12/10 attitude each I stop in! Dr. Powell was able to see me on short notice and get me on the right path to recovery.

the one girl was supposed to give me back my disc that we let them copy from my surgery in Florida and must have forgotten- it can be mailed to my address please.

Have always been treated well at Dr Powell's office. Definitely would recommend him to anyone.

The service I have received for the first surgery 2 years ago to prepping for my second is excellent. All staff involved from checking in, RN, PA and Dr. Powell are professional, friendly and knowledgable.

The lady at the front desk was so funny and made me feel good. I love that lady. Dr Powell is very good at shots. He knows I'm scared to death and I never feel it. Thank you Dr Powell.

I appreciate Dr. Powell and I know it must be really hectic at the end of the day. But I was told to open my door when I was done undressing and dressing for someone to come in. It did not happen that way. When. I was getting undressed, I wasn't done Dr. Came in. I was just pulling my shorts up. Then. When I was finishing up getting dressed the nurse walked in. Then When I did get to see the Dr. He seemed a little in a hurry and came in the door talking about what he seen on the xrays and said I do need surgery. I appreciate his expertise. But I was already having high anxiety and I felt like he was seeing me for one thing only to diagnose me and tell me what he can do for me. I felt a little rushed and I didn't even ask some of the questions I wanted to ask. I do still want to see Dr. Powell but I hope going forward we can be a little bit more cordial.

The receptionist on my right saw that I had my granddaughter with me and came out and had her pick some coloring sheets to color with markers while she was there. She also provided a clipboard. That was way above and beyond and greatly appreciated

When I left my appt, I felt encouraged and ready to take the next steps toward my recovery!

Dr Powell explained my up coming surgery where I can understand what is going to happen I truly appreciated it

A good experience with excellent care!

As with previous visits, everyone is very professional, yet very gracious and very willing to listen.

The only person who seemed rushed was Dr. Powell. I saw at least four other members of his staff before he saw me. Didn't appreciate that it was a student who summarized my problems to him.

I needed to be seen due to catscan ordered by another Dr.I was able to get in Surgery was done the next day.

Dr Powell did not have to see me as I had surgery by a doctor in another state but thank God he did and explained everything that I needed to do to protect my surgery site. He is awesome.

I respect the way that they treat me overall. They show they genuinely care about my well being and willing to do what is necessary to take the pain. They are all polite throughout the entire office. I have referred 3 people since my first visit last year.

I love the staff. The doctor did an outstanding job on my surgeries and he is a perfectionist but he's not necessarily easy to talk to. But I guess I'm not there for conversation.

Dr. Powell is a brilliant surgeon, he also communicated well with good understanding of my inquiries. Overall the staff is great. They are always on the ball and even knows who you are when checking in and during assessment of vitals and x- rays are great imaging of my left shoulder.

Dr. Powell is a good doctor and very knowledgeable. He seems empathetic and thinks things through. I am thankful for his expertise.

Dr. Powell has always explained my post surgery progress well and what he hoped I would accomplish with exercise. The PT therapy he ordered has been extremely positive, especially due to my therapist who has been Carmen Macy. She is very knowledgeable with many exercises and techniques that have helped my recovery.

Dr Powell always is great with explaining things. I trust him 100%. He also gives shots you don't feel and I'm a scaredy cat. I always tell people to go there.

Dr. Powell and his whole team have been amazing! I never feel rushed during my appointments he listens to my concerns and answers my questions.
