Very thorough exam. I am a little concerned because she will not be there for my next exam. She is leaving. I was referred to your practice by my family doctor. I was previously with the Neurologists at the Kettering facility. Dayton Center for Neurological DisordersI wanted to switch over to Premier because that's where my family doctor is. This appointment and my next appointment are both with the nurse practitioners. Will I ever get to see the actual Neurologist? That's a little concerning.

It made the appointment much less scary. The recommended next steps, including possible treatment solutions, were clearly explained including ways to use exercise and diet to help.

I can't say enough good things about Joie. If not for her I don't know if I would be feeling as good as I am! I feel she has surrounded me with the people that have worked with each other to help me! She is amazing!!

Prescription order is not available and I have been trying to get this changed for a week now. Person I reach on phone says they will inform a Dr. to get the correct dosage prescription but it is still not corrected. Very frustrating. Should not take a week to get this accomplished.

I did not get a schedule for vertigo with neuro and balance they stated they never received an order

I have to schedule an appt for 6 months and the doctor's calendar doesn't go out that far. They always say they will put me on a list to call me when it gets close to schedule me, but they NEVER do. So, I always have to call them and schedule my appointment, and a lot of times they still don't have an open appointment. It's very frustrating!!!

I will always recommend her to someone if they have a need she is so friendly and you can tell she really cares about her patients. I don't feel rushed and always feel listened to. Receptionist was the same that checked me in the last time and she's always been very friendly also.

Both the receptionist, and my Nurse Practitioner were very kind, thoughtful, and professional. It was a delightful experience.

Each person from the receptionist to Dr Tejada was welcoming, friendly, informative. I felt relaxed and comfortable and treated as an individual.

Receptionist was excellent! Very helpful with explaining everything. Joie is great! Love her caring nature, her ability to help me feel better about my concerns. Always smiling and happy to assist in my care. Need more professionals like her!!!

Appointments were out 5 months on calendar. I need an appointment in 3 months.

Joie is wonderful. So friendly and thorough. My first visit was very in-depth as should be and my follow up was quick and efficient. I'm able to be seen when it works for my schedule and the receptionist and nurse that checked me in for this visit were very nice too.
