I was given information that will definitely help me.

Jonathan Mersereau explained everything clearly and took the time to explain how the medication works in my body, why it would be necessary, and how it works with my insurance. The front desk attendants were very helpful and nice as well.

He made me feel comfortable and he actually when through my chart to try to figure out what is going on with my body. I'm extremely thankful for that because normally providers just make me feel rushed and like they don't believe me or don't care to help me.

I had to cancel my appointment twice due to bad weather, however, I was able to change my second appointment to a telemedicine so I was still able to make it to my appointment.

Very friendly staff. I felt welcomed, and I left cheerful from their upbeat personality's, and care for me. My provider was very attentive to my needs, and he took the time to listen to everything I said with genuine care, and concern, his smiles warmed my anxiety, and he had me even laughing at a joke he made, I liked that, very relaxing visit, and I felt at ease, and he was very knowledgeable too, I learned a couple things about my health that I didn't know. Thank you so much for everything! The work they do for me helps give me a better quality of life.

First, staff seemed out of sorts due to the construction in their office and sharing with the practice next door. It was chaos from the moment I walked in. Nurse took my bp and didn't get the wrist cuff situated correctly. Instead of taking it off and starting over, she held the cuff. After 40 minutes of waiting, nurse came in and asked if the provider had given me the samples. I told her he still hadn't been in yet. About 5 minutes later he came in. No introduction. Didn't wash or sanitize his hands. Offered a flippant 'sorry'. I am a small business owner who had to close my business to be there, and then was kept waiting so long. I do not appreciate this. My time is just as valuable. He asked if I'd ever been seen in this practice before. I told him I had been a patient for over 20 years. Then he asked what I was being seen for. I get that they can't review my full chart before stepping into the room, but after keeping me waiting for 45 minutes, they should have at least LOOKED at my chart. He argued with me when I told him the reasons I hadn't started a new medication included worrying about the side effects and that I'm extremely sensitive to new medication. He was a condescending jerk. I tried to explain that the holiday season is my busy season as I own a gift shop full of items I make and therefore this is not the time to start a new medication, when I know that my body may react badly. He kept arguing. The only time he would look directly at me was to argue with me (even though he hadn't even looked at my chart before). Other than that, he kept browsing through my chart on the computer. Asking questions that were ridiculous. Never listening or understanding what I was saying. The appointment was over at 4:25 and he said he'd walk me to the desk, but then worried that no one would be able to check me out because they leave at 4:30. Most of the people had already turned off their computers (in fact, two of them followed me out and rode down in the elevator with me). Very poor experience all the way around and I'll be looking for another provider.

The doctor ordered a new prescription and I have not received it yet. The pharmacy did not honor the doctors order.
