Wait time was extra long. I understand appointments can run into delays, but I was in the room for 40 mins (after my appointment time), I went out of the room to ask if they forgot about me. Would have been nice for someone to come and provide some sort of an update, I heard nothing from anyone. Eventually, saw the doctor 55 mins after my appt time which was early in the am. Doctor was amazing and apologized for the wait.

Everyone was very courteous and professional. I appreciated the doctor allowing me time to explain my symptoms and experience during the past several weeks.

It was first visit, so it is difficult to make an evaluation with limited interaction, but Dr. Grilliot was very easy to talk to, and I was very satisfied with the discussion of my issues.

I think the communication sometimes gets crossed.Because the doctor tells you they're gonna contact you and set up an appointment for you to get the.MRI or the cat scan, but no one ever calls.And when you call their book so far out that it kind of pushes everything back for it , the patient , but everything else was great

good experience overall. some staff was friendlier than others, but nobody was ever unfriendly, which I appreciated. I did have some conflicting information given about after care regarding timelines for tending to the surgical site which was really confusing.

This was my first visit, the receptionist staff was very nice and Dr. Grilliot showed me all tests results and reviewed all options and explained what he thought was the best option was and why. Me, being very nervous over getting a cortisone shot was reassured by Dr. Grilliot that it was not painful. I feel he is a very compassionate doctor.
