The provider did not do a thorough exam for a first time visit and for an annual wellness check. She recommended medication without a thorough diagnosis.

The referral and subsequent experience will obviously be very important and key to how this turns out.

It was such a pleasant surprise to luck into such a great facility and Doctor. I regretfully admit I did no research on the different providers in the area, but I couldn't be happier.

I was disappointed that I had to make an in person appointment when all I wanted was a referral for an audiologist who fit hearing aids. I have no other issues and this referral "process" should have been able to be executed without an in person appointment. The physician I usually see - or any trained staff - should have been able to put in the referral. Dr. Dever was fine, I just didn't need her skill and the appointment was a waste of her time.

Dr. Dever was a delight. She got me in same day as it was an issue that needed to be addressed. She was kind, caring, and professional. I enjoyed her as a physician and would recommend her to others. She may not be my primary but she treated me as if she were, and who knows she might just end up being my primary at this office as I am not particularly happy with my current provider at this location.

This appt. was a 1st time visit, with a new Physician, scheduling assisted over the past few weeks by Valerie in their office with paperwork exchange and questions I was pleased my many questions Dr. Dever answered helpfully.
