While no one was unpleasant, a couple could definitely be more pleasant. I dont think a smile would make someone's head fall off. Jordan is always exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional.

I have received nothing but the best care everytime I have been to the clinic. I could not ask for better care.

Jordan was excellent. My diverticulitis was flaring up. Jordan gave me 2 prescriptions for antibiotics, and within a few days, my condition was improving. By the end of the week, and the 7 days of antibiotics, i was back to normal. I appreciate Jordans quick response.

Front desk staff was a little bit rigid I felt. Especially as a new patient I was looking for perhaps a little more welcoming feel. The. It's who took me back as well as the provider were absolutely great!

Jordan was amazing. She listened to our concerns and addressed them. She helped us transition to hospice and the care team called the following morning to make sure we had been contacted. It was very much appreciated.

Jordan was very knowledgeable about all of my concerns. She asked lots of questions and prescribed medication and an X-ray of my elbow. I was very impressed with her. She was also very compassionate and kind. I was very pleased.

It was a pleasure meeting Jordan today and I look forward to seeing her in the near future!

Everything is excellent

I find it a little bit disturbing that I was not able to get Prep from this healthcare provider. They gave suggestions where I could go. But Premier is a large enough healthcare network that I would expect there to be standard care for the lgbtq community.

i got in to see someone quickly and unexpectedly when i just thought i was going to provide a urine sample. so i received much more personalized care than i was expecting to receive. that was a good thing.

I scheduled my appointment on My Chart, got in next day and was taken care of. Dr Jordan was great. Quick diagnosis and treatment.
