The lab I was sent to downstairs was not friendly and a one hour wait is excessive.

Doctor Solomito is a very personable cardiologist, courteous and explains any question you ask him. I am fortunate to have him as my cardiologist.

No problems, smooth process

Blood draw at facility. Never before has one hurt felt like a nail drive. Have a knot in area she was a little rude . There was more bleeding I believe the depth was unnecessary. Still hurts a day later. Hope no one else has to feel this just my opinion

Stress free

Arrived when instructed to 12:15pm and was checked-in by a friendly, professional, efficient registrar immediately. Then waited until almost 1pm to be called back to be seen! Once I got to the exam room, everyone was kind, professional, listened, and explained it all making sure I was comfortable including the MA or nurse, PA student, and physician Dr. Solomito. Checking out, was equally friendly, helpful, professional, and efficient. Thank you.

I always have a great experience when I have a appointment here. My doctors and staff are the BEST!!!!

All aspects of the visit were professional and timely. Although I had no immediate issues during this visit (yearly check), Dr. Solomito was very caring and made it quite clear that I could reach out and converse with him at any time via MyChart. Good to know that he is there for his patients!

It's always a good experience to treated by Dr. Solomito and his staff. Friendly, knowable and through.Could not ask for better treatment.

Dr. Solomito, and entire staff at Middletown Cardiology were prompt, cordial and professional during my visit.

Other than one young nurse everyone at this practice has always been friendly, professional and eager to help. Dr. Solomito is my favorite physician of all my care providers. Would not consider going elsewhere. Same for MCA would not consider going elsewhere.

I left before being seen after sitting in an exam room for 53 minutes. Its a common occurrence when I see Dr. Solomito and I will not put up with it any longer nor will I tolerate his condescending attitude. I tried to file a complaint through MyChart but there is no avenue to do so. I don't care what the circumstances are, you don't let someone sit in a room over 15 minutes without updating them on when the provider will actually see them. I make appointments at times convenient to my world and if I wanted to be seen 53 minutes past that, I would make the appointment for then.

I have complete confidence in Dr. Solomito.

When I'm scheduled for an appointment, I do my best to get there 15 minutes early, and yes, there are times things come up and the patient is left sitting, most offices have learned the patient doesn't enjoy sitting usually over an hour, I'm one of those people. Years ago I stopped coming because I spent the day (2-3 hrs) alone in exam room. Finally the dr came in, hello, how are things, see you in 3 months, possible time spent in room not even 5 minutes I ask to try and get patients in on time and out within 45 minutes to an hour of their appointment No other shortcomings

I feel fortunate to have Doc on my side for my health. He's patient, listens and takes the time to answer to my concerns. Some Dr make you feel as if they are on a stop watch hurrying to get to their next patient and don't have the time for your concerns. Doc is very, very good at what he does and I have recommended him to others.
