I've been a patient since Dr Joe Allen was a resident at the Good Samaritan Clinic. He and his entire staff are always friendly and kind. I always get a reply on my chart in a timely manner also. I dont know the exact year but I do know ive been seeing Dr Allen for about 16 years +. I've referred many people to that office and they've always stuck with Dr Allen. Great doctor and great staff. I couldn't be happier.

Dr. Allen carefully listens to me and provided a clear and easy to understand explanation of my treatment. He carefully explained my options, what symptoms to call him if they should occur, and how soon I should see any results. He provided a follow up date and options if another treatment was necessary. I felt he gave me his undivided attention and I did not feel rushed. He was friendly, professional, and very comprehensive. He had a good "bed side" manner and I felt he was compassionate about the pain I experiencing. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

All questions were answered to the fullest and explained in terms that I could understand. I was treated like a person not just a number. The entire staff was friendly but professional.

Dr. Allen is exceptional. Always treats you with respect and kindness. Need more physicians who provide this level of service and care. Even when very busy, he makes you feel as if you are the most important patient in his practice.
