I've worked for MVH for 32 years and I must say that I have seen a lot of different doctors in that period, but this was only my second time seeing a cardiologist. I thought my experience would be more personal and information gathering being that this was my first visit with her. I only just started to have to see a cardiologist and I always thought they put a little more concern, time, and care in getting to know their patient if they are to diagnosis weather something is wrong with my heart or not. The doctor was nice enough, but the visit felt rushed. I felt like I wasn't given a chance to fully explain the reason for my visit. All I got to get out was that I had some chest pain, but before I could go into detail about where I felt it or anything else she started telling me she didn't think it was my heart because my EKG was fine. Which is ok if that's the case, it's just that I felt like she was in a hurry to end the visit and that made me feel uncomfortable so I just let her talk and get it over with so I could leave too. I'm just not used to these kinds of experiences with doctors. I like to feel that the doctor that is caring for my heart really cares about it and me. I don't have anything against her I just was left feeling unhappy with the visit. But I didn't want to complain or seem rude. I will probably just look for another cardiologist for future appointments.

Dr. Randazzo has been my cardiologist for a number of years. She is always very thorough in explaining my treatment, test results and future plans. I trust her judgement completely.

I've had great experiences with this group!

Physician, appears knowledgeable in her profession but comes across as somewhat cold towards the patient. Made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her day. Appt was at 8am and did not see her until 8:45am. Her tone of voice is harsh when asking questions and her responses are very short (in tone) as well. I think she could improve on her approach especially with a new patient.

I had a 9:00 appointment, but didn't get to see the doctor until 9:50. However, her discussion and advice was very helpful.

Great experience overall.

Provider was one hour late. She said she had an emergency situation with another patient. OK. But I would expect one of the staff to inform me of the delay instead of me just sittting in the exam room getting more frustrated by the moment.

It was nice meeting my new cardiologist.

I learned that I don't have a problem with my heart at this time but if that should change I'm welcome to come back and make this doctor my cardiologist. That makes me happy as I felt quite comfortable for my first visit.

I like my doctor and think she will help me. I had concerns the person who took me to the examination room dismissed my fear of falling.

Dr Randazzo answered all of our questions and was very patient, kind, and professional. This was my first meeting with her and I was very impressed! It was a refreshing and encouraging encounter.

The entire experience yesterday was amazing from soup to nuts. All of the staff was friendly, courteous, professional and enjoyable to be around. Dr Randazzo, as always was very helpful and took the time to discuss my particular situation and provide good solid responses. I am so pleased that I was able to remain with Dr Randazzo during her transition. She is the best.
