Cool that doc incorporated students into my appointment. Glad to be part of his good teaching!

Dr.Ordway is an amazing physician. He is caring, empathetic, and very knowledgeable. He doesn't give up on finding answers to health issues and symptoms when tests are "normal". He really listens and makes me feel acknowledged and I feel like I can talk to him about anything. All the staff at the office is also very kind and helpful.

For two years now I have scheduled a Medicare wellness visit ( one hour). Both times including this last visit they stated that it was not noted that it was a wellness visit and did not set aside the proper time. Not too happy

The staff at Springboro Family Medicine have consistently treated me with the highest level of care since I became a patient in 2014. Dr. Ordway is a superb physician who I have come to trust. I feel most fortunate to be under his care. He's simply the best! ??

My only complaint would be that there were fewer chairs in the waiting room and the woman who drives me had nowhere to sit.

I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Ordway as my family doctor. First of all he is professional and a very good listener. Concerning my health issues he has ALWAYS recommended or found the correct course of action to solve my health issues

I drive almost an hour depending on traffic to keep Dr. Ordway as my doctor. He has always treated me like a human being with feelings and anxieties and made me feel like the time he spends with me is the only thing in the world that is important to him. I have had many doctors in my lifetime and none stand up to Dr. Josh Ordway. I hope I can continue to see him throughout the rest of my life and I have recommended him to many of my family and friends. He is the measure everyone else should try to reach.

I believe this doctor office is very unique. I read of people going to a doctor and getting rushed our in 10 minutes. It's never like that in Dr. Ordway's office. This was my yearly medicare appt. I was there from 10:30-12:00 noon. First, I saw a nurse who did the basics, like blood pressure, heart rate, etc., & asked quite a few questions. Then the physician's assistant came in. He continued the process. I don't have many ailments, but he acted like everything was important, and was friendly & personable. Dr. Ordway came in next. The first time you meet him, you know he is a real "brain". He never acts like he is in a hurry to go. He goes over all of the details and said the blood test would let him know if I needed a medicine change. I had the blood test yesterday morning. I had a number of emails from Dr. Ordway which were attached to the test results. He stated "this is fine" or "normal" on each one. I would doubt there is any other doctor like him in the area.

I always feel like I have a partner in my health care with Dr Ordway and his team, exceeds my expectations!

Not an issue of the office but during the on line registration I had to pay a $5.00 copay. Since I have an Anthem Advantage plan there shouldn't be a copay. This should be updated in the Premiere Health program.
