All the staff are always kind and take very good care of me.

Although Josh did not get an accurate diagnosis at the time of my appointment he made me aware that my ear infection could be viral and not bacterial. Usual treatment is bacterial. I was aware and went ahead days later and sought emergency help and it turned out to be viral-shingles. He pointed me in the right direction and I trusted my gut to get help in time for antivirals to work.

The office did a great job, but it has been a day and my test results aren't back yet. I was advised that the results may be delayed, but I'm disappointed that I haven't received them yet. I know this is an issue with the lab, not the doctor.

He listened to my problem. We discussed it and options and a decision was made.

I do not need all of the reminders of my appointment. One call,text or My Chart message would be fine.

My first time seeing Josh and he was great!

We are very happy with Joshua Wheeler & staff at Brookville Family Practice.

I will stay with this doctor as long as he practest there, he understands as I am a elderly lady and he takes his time explaining things, also his nurse is very friendly and at times she checks on me. I can nor longer drive anr he and his nurse always make sure I can have a one on one with the I pad or phone call

I was hoping to get other test done instead of taking muscle relaxers and pain pills and waiting two weeks to see if my issues go away. I would like to know what the cause is in two weeks it could be worse or stay the same the pills just cover up the symptoms I feel like

Joshua is so very compassionate. I had a new patient appt and I feel like He cares about me and my health. I mean really took his time to HEAR my concerns which is much different. He is so empathic and took his time . I didn't feel rushed . He talked to me about my treatment plan and I knew what to expect. I'm so glad I chose him to be my new provider.

Going to see josh wheeler is always helpful. He treats you with respect and makes you feel your concerns are the most important. He talks to you like he is concerned and answers unlike a medical book using terms that are over your head.

Front staff seemed bothered when I entered and it felt like I was interrupting them. Also got a call stating they needed me to arrive early for labs. I didn't need labs. Was also told I had to print my previous labs and bring them that they couldn't get them from care everywhere

He listened to my concern and responded directly.
