First time seeing Dr. Boyd due to my own doctors availability. Impressed and she fulfilled my needs of being aggressive in treatment before I left on vacation. Would see here again in a heartbeat.

Love Dr Boyd. Could not get a better more caring Doctor!

Very impressed with the expediency of staff and physician. Very helpful and friendly. However, still don't like having my blood pressure taken over two layers of clothing and being engaged in conversation while taking it. (At least this time my feet were on the floor because I was sitting in a chair). BP was not taken a second time after the examination.

Everything was perfect as usual!!

The televisit never completed because the doctor was running lat. I waited patiently for over an hour and a half with no success. Will not do another televisit with this provider. I understand emergencies arise from time to time, however, I was very disappointed in which this appoinmet was handled at the and since.

There should be more time to talk to the doctor during the appointment. It feels stressful to only be given 10 minutes for an appointment!

I have been with this practice for over 26 years with the exception of a brief intermittent time when UHC and Primier had negotiation problems, but I quickly returned. I would be lost if I had to look for another doctor.

this was my first time seeing Dr. Boyd; I was able to get an appointment same day I called which I was very grateful and relieved. I was anxious to get rid of what was going on inside my body; even though the next day after seeing doctor I felt worse than when I saw her, each day after that has improved.

Dr. Boyd is not only professional in giving medical care, she is also caring, encouraging and also interested in me personally. She is never in a rush and will stay and answer any and all of my questions. Her treatment is spot on and is certainly trustworthy. I'm very grateful to have Dr. Boyd as my primary physician.

Everyone is kind and they get me in quickly. From the front desk to the medical assistant to the doctor-they are just what I want.

My need to visit was a sort of an emergency and they had me come in immediately and resolved my issue right away.

I had a heightened awareness on this visit that my providers can no longer depend on Federal and maybe Ohio's healthcare support networks for science-based information. My hope is that my provider's ability to offer me the best healthcare support will not degraded by new Federal and Ohio policies.

Always feel very confident with Dr. Boyd and her staff. I feel she gives me really good medical guidance.

Dr. Boyd, is an extremely professional doctor. She goes over everything thoroughly and listens to my questions and or concerns. There was a few hiccups while I was there with equipment, but she got it straightened out and continue the exam. Her nurse and office staff are also very kind and professional. I have gone to Dr. Boyd, for 22 years and have always been pleased with my medical care.

Great PA - personable, kind. I had blood drawn and she was great. Traditionally it is hard to get blood from me - my veins look great but turn out to be hard to stick. Due to this I very often get stuck several times and therefore often get light headed. I told her this and said I often need a small sugar rush to offset it. She graciously found a frozen pop to give me and then had very little trouble in getting my blood. Dr. Boyd always sits down to chat about my health needs and discusses any issues in a very reassuring way. I love this practice.

I love my Dr, Dr. Boyd. She is friendly, experienced, available and knows her stuff. I also really really like her staff. Her MA is awesome and so is her receptionist. The whole office makes me feel seen and wanted.

Dr. Julia Boyd has been my physician for close to 20 years. She listens, takes time to understand my issues even before examination. Dr. Boyd always takes time to fully address my concerns and explains the path of treatment in an understandable way. It will be disheartening if Premier Health can't come to an agreement with my insurance company and Dr. Boyd would be out of network. I can't imagine trying to find another physician like her.

Dr. Boyd, her practice partner and their staff provide the kind of care I need and want. I have confidence in them. That is a big deal for me.

1) I use MyChart to get test results and discuss any issues. (I didn't have to ask in person.) It is a good system. 2) I had a small issue getting an appointment, so phoned the office. Receptionist handled it very well and quickly - kudos to her. 3) Dr Boyd and everybody were very friendly and open to discussion. 4) My siblings already go to her, too. So, I don't really know anybody more to recommend.
