I love Dr. Paulet! She is friendly, welcoming and most of all caring and will do whatever is needed to help. She listens to all of my concerns and there are no meaningless questions that I can ask. The nursing staff and receptionists are the same. I would recommend this practice to anyone, without hesitation or reservation!

It was an overall positive experience. Dr. Paulet is attentive and listens to concerns and refers to labs and other exams requested without a problem. My only request would be to deal with administrative setbacks. I had my appointment at 11am, and arrived as requested at 10.45. I had to wait until 11.10am until I was called in and another 15 min until the doctor came in. My visit lasted only 10min but on record it says total of 30 when all the rest of the time was waiting. I did not anticipate such a long wait and it impacted me because my toddler was not happy. Hopefully, it can be dealt with and improved. This was not the first time I had to wait. When pregnant I experienced the same waiting issues couple of times.

Dr. Paulet was the most attentive and kind MD I have ever encountered. She listened to me and made sure all my questions were answered.

My experience was wonderful. The instructions on parking and how to find the office were well written and easy to follow. The office was clean and beautiful. Dr. Paulet was so personable and a great listener. She wanted to get to know me and my goals first. She explained everything perfectly and gave me a referral to fertility specialist. I loved her no nonsense approach and appreciated her honesty with me. I'm very glad I choose the office/provider and will be recommending services here to anyone who is looking. Thanks again!

I didn't realize that my appointment was scheduled for berry, I usually go to the vandalia office because its closer. I also ended up paying for parking because the scanner wouldn't take the qr code

Dr. Paulet is wonderful. She explained everything completely. She was kind and polite. She took time with me.....no rushing at all. Absolutely one of the best. So kind, so compassionate, empathetic, and thorough. Cannot say enough good things about her. So happy to have her as my doctor.

The wait time was a little too long (40 mins)

Office is definitely busy. Hard to get into sometimes. Wish you could book a year ahead. So you don't have to try and remember when to call.

Every person was kind and respectful. Wish all offices were the same.

I was very anxious about this appointment and Dr. Paulet made me feel so comfortable. She took the time to answer all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. She was thorough and kind. I really appreciate her involving my husband in the appointment, too. I just wish I would have asked if I could take a video of the ultrasound because the live action is so much better then the images!
