My doctor Kaitlyn is wonderful very understanding very patient very caring and concern of all my health issues that I've experienced recently and previous as well. I've always been able to get an appointment as soon as possible. I'm very happy with her and I always tell my family. You're my friends. She's a wonderful doctor that I know they will really like thank you for letting me share my experience with my doctor. She's so beautiful always has a biggest smile in the world. He's always concerned about me and asked me how I'm doing. All my doctors at the medical group are very good to me. They always smile at me. They always make comments about how well they like my Christian shirts or my jacket or even my Kelowna. I'm wearing very nice group of doctors. God bless me with the best. I didn't feel rushed through like I was just another patient to get through in the day, but rather, I felt like I was actually being listened to with patience, respect, and kindness. I have worked very hard to keep good health and have done very well so when I received news from the blood check at Atrium it was upsetting to me, and I needed to come to my primary doctor;s office to go ahead with a knee surgery, I was very nervous and of course BP etc. was up so everything that was clinical was done without any understanding of what I was going through

Both the nurse and doctor were very thorough at listening to my issues and giving me the best feedback on my diagnosis and treatment in a timely manner. Was very pleased

Very professional and prompt service when seeing the physicians assistant.

I was there the day they were replacing the windows. Pretty poor planning on construction peoples part! Sure felt bad for employees that day!

I didn't need any blood work so that's why it wasn't ordered My provider was thoroughly and carefully took her time with me. Awesome visit.

Had to wait 9 days to be seen partially due to holiday week then weather delay.

There was a lot of information about how to treat my diabetes and the doctor was very good at telling me our plan to treat me. I have to learn what could cause my glucose to rise and stop foods that affect it.

I call them at 8:30 in the morning. They arranged a telephone visit with the physician assistant at ten a m and by eleven thirty I had my prescription. This office is the easiest office to deal with in the medical profession In the area there's none better.

Front desk assisted me by helping me to be seen without an appointment. The were very kind in listening to my need to be seen. All involved were very professional and comforting. Thanks to all for all you do! Blessings?

She was a sweet lady who treated me with respect and answered all my questions. Still waiting however on the results of this visit to appear on MyChart. Haven't received the information yet.
