I really appreciate coming into an office where the staff make you feel welcome. The scheduler was more than helpful and so cheerful.

I am very grateful that this office worked with me to get the soonest possible appointment. I am also grateful to have been heard and seen by my nurse practitioner.

I appreciate being listened to and the time taken to answer questions and concerns.

I wasn't to fond about the location moving, but once I walked into the new facility I seen familiar faces. I love the staff and my new nurse is excellent and was great with answering my questions or concerns.

I arrived 5 minutes early, as mentioned on my chart. There is no one there. As entering an employee states we open at 8. If my appointment is at scheduled at 8, what are staff not there already? If staff start at 8, how is it efficient to have an 8 appointment. Technically, the appointment won't start before 8:10.

I have an oral exam and cleaning of the ear canals every three months. Every time the procedure is done professionally. Can't imagine going anywhere else for ENT services.

My only complaint was the wait time. My appointment was at 8 am so to not miss work. Unfortunately, it was 8.20 before I was called back to a room. I would have preferred to have an 8.15 appointment if I would be seen at 8.20.
