Incredible group of professionals, Very accommodating to my needs. Wonderful bedside manner. The entire surgical team introduced themselves prior to surgery. Very nice office staff. Couldn't be more happy with my care.

Katherine is great. She lets you know exactly what is going to happen in a way that is easily understandable and not laced with technical jargon. When she was finished removing my feeding tube, she gave me explicit instructions on how to care for the wound, and what to do if the wound did not heal in a specific period of time.

Staff and doctor are all very pleasant.

The office sign in process can be simpler (i.e., the signature block appears toward the top of the page when in fact the signature block is at the bottom of the page and what appears at the top is inoperative.

I called due to a.non emergency with my surgical drain and was able to be seen within the hour. They were all very friendly and helpful.

The office staff, nurses/assistants and providers are exceptionally friendly, efficient, (I almost never have to wait) and always listen to my questions or concerns.

From the moment I walked into the office I was treated with the utmost kindness and respect. Everyone was friendly, helpful and timely. This group is a credit to the medical profession, knowledgeable, talented and caring. They are careful to take excellent care of patients and seem to enjoy doing a great job. I would and do highly recommend them to everyone.

Gem City Surgeons has been one of the most courteous and knowledgeable doctor's offices that I've visited. I've been treated with nothing but respect and understanding throughout this time.

The assistant nurse and the nurse practitioner were very good but it was disappointing that the physician was not there. Those contacts are good for the physician himself or herself as they practice empathy and other qualities besides technical skills. And they also see the result of their work, an essential part of medicine is fallowing the progress of your patients and learning from that.

This provider was kind, courteous and extremely professional. They answered all my questions very efficiently and in a way that I could easily understand.
