Dr. Lin never rushes you through your appointment. She takes the time to explain things to you and to listen to you which, I highly appreciate. She is polite, professional and always has a smile on her face. Her nurse that prepared me for her exam (can't remember her name) was also great! I would highly recommend Dr. Lin.

Called me as I'm pulling into one building for my glucose appt to say the Dr is sick and cancel. I said I need to be seen to do my blood work so I had to drive to the other office and it was very frustrating and time consuming for me.

I waited over half hour to get into an exam room. Then I waited more than 30 minutes naked for the provider and it was cold. There was a woman with a dog inside her jacket in the treatment area. The receptionist's computer scan would not work. It was definitely not a well run office.

Dr Lin is very knowledgeable and pleasant.

The wait time to see the provider was much too long; 15 mins to get to the exam room the 30mins to see the provider! Fortunately she was excellent.

From beginning to end, staff very kind and caring.

After having several bad experiences at a gynecologigal visit, it was a pleasure to have a physician and staff who were polite and took the time to explain what they were doing and answer my questions.

For my visit, which is just a 6 mos. pessary check-up, I thought the amount of paperwork that I was asked to fill out, was unnecessary, had nothing to do with my visit. but I would like to say that Dr. Lin is a very good physician and I am glad that she is my doctor.

My appointment was at 3:15 I arrive early and waited 15 minutes to go back to the room. I then sat in the room for nearly an hour before speaking to my doctor. Once my doctor came in she was then rude and wouldn't listen to me instead just prescribed medications. I don't leave my appointment until 4:25

Dr Lin is a great Doctor. Very caring. Never feel rushed answers all my questions. Her nurses are excellent. And her front desk girls are very helpful.

Request that all staff introduce themselves by name. Everything on time. Rooms and space clean and comfortable. Dr. Lin is the best.
