I really liked Kathleen kelly. She was so nice, patient and really listened to everything I said and was very helpful. I would recommend her, and hopefully I get her each time I come to Lifechanges. I was very impressed with her.

I've been working with Katy Kelly for over a year and at every visit she was both caring and knowledgeable. She's very good at explaining all treatment options as well as the pluses and the problems of each. And she listens. I always feel understood.

It is such a pleasure when I come to this office. It is always so efficient, friendly and professional.

I liked how she reviewed my history through my chart premium and kettering. Before she came in. Then asked me what was going on. She had a new plan for what was going on, and the plan moving forward.

Professional, caring staff

CNP Kelly was very thorough and explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. She tweaked one of my medications and scheduled a follow up to see if things are improved.

I was impressed by the thorough and sensitive manner of Kathleen. She was professional, yet easy to talk to. I felt heard. I did not feel rushed or influenced to make any decision that made me feel uncomfortable.

Exceptional practioner. Knowledgeable, personable, gentle. Provided detailed explanations and options for care. When faced with pain, hope is huge. My concerns were recognized & proper care offered.

My experience was wonderful. I was very nervous about it, but everything went perfect. From the time I walked in the front doors till I left out of the front doors everything was perfect. I can't say enough good words about my provider thank you.

I have tried to contact the office about a prescription that is too expensive but I haven't been able to get through to Kathleen Kelly in order to know what to do.

I cannot say enough about this place. First time I had used it. Oh my gosh, I just raved to my friends about it. I was pleased with everything from the minute. I walked in the door till I left. Katie Kelly was absolutely fantastic. Loved her love the assistant, the front desk everything Can't say enough about Katie, though she was wonderful. Made me feel at ease. The procedure went smooth everything thank you thank you thank you too Katie and her staff.

Kathleen was very good and professional! She made me feel quite at home. She said my urine test would be on MyChart but, it has not come through yet. There was a lot of information to digest and I don't think I remember everything but she did a great job!

Kathleen Kelly is the best caregiver I've ever had. She listens, she explains things clearly, she treats you with respect and compassion.

The clinic is a LONG WALK from the parking lot. I have limited mobility, and had to stop and rest several times on the benches in the hallways. I wish this clinic didn't require so much walking!

The receptionist , nurses, and doctor were very friendly and welcoming. Was extremely happy with the appointment.
