This is my first visit to this location. The front desk receptionist was very upbeat and provided information on a problem I was having with MY CHART. PA Kelly Coy and all of the Nurses were very patient with their explanations of medications, etc. Thank you all for the great staff at the Lakeview Premier location.

Grateful for the expedited appointment at last minute and thorough evaluation and follow-up procedures. Very much appreciated!

Kelly was very helpful, she listened to my health concerns and addressed those concerns with knowledge and understanding. She spent the time addressing my concerns and discussing solutions. Kelly is a true medical professional! She listens intently to the patients questions and concerns and addresses them with solutions and advice. Kelly doesn't just help mask medical issues bothering her patients but offers real life changing habits to help her patients adopt healthy habits to avoid future problems. I give her a 10 out of 10.

She took her time and made me feel like my concerns were being taken seriously.

Clean, bright facility. The staff was friendly from the start. The nurse and PA explained everything well and listened. I appreciated I could go directly to the lab after appointment and did not have to make a different trip. That process was super easy as well.

In the past I have had very bad experiences with Miami Valley main (Premier), but the facility located in Beavercreek located on North Fairfield Rd has treated me with the upmost respect and provided top care for me. Kelly Coy from my very first visit with her to present day, she has been honest and blunt with me. Kelly has my respect for her actions, and I will recommend her to anyone.

It was a good experience!

The only thing that was weird is while I was waiting in the exam room for her to come in, I could literally hear everything the person in the room next to me was talking to the doctor about.

Kelly Coy was excellent, as she was the first time I saw her.

Had to schedule with another doctor in the practice because my doctor was unavailable for multiple weeks. I received excellant care from the doctor and her staff. The only hiccup was the receptionist told me to go to area C instead of area A (where my appointment and the doctor were located). This caused a bit of confusion for the nurse who was calling me back for the appointment. I do like the fact you did away with the virual receptionists.

My comment about appointments is also the same. Clients wait too long to see the doctor/np. My appointment is at 1 pm, I should see np no later than 1:10 pm. Calling the office for any type of appointment or to reschedule an appointment is extremely difficult. I am convinced the people on the other end of the phone go out of their way to make things harder than they need to be. Messaging on my chart works, but it is super slow.

What stood out the most was the follow-up care by my PCP Kelly Coy. She was attentive and genuinely cared about my recovery. It's not often you find a PCP who combines professionalism with such a personal touch. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I'm grateful to have found such a dedicated and skilled PCP.
