This was only my first visit so the jury is still out. I was told to arrive 15 minutes early which I did, but did not get to the exam room until 20 minutes after my appointment time. I was then seen by a nurse who impressed me. After a bit, I was seen by the PA who again was impressive. She came again to actually do the exam because the doctor could not see me. I didn't get to see the doctor during this nearly two hour appointment. To be fair, I was given apologies from both the PA and the nurse, but I'm hoping this experience was a fluke as I liked both the nurse and the PA. I know things can happen, but this wasn't the best first impression.

Office/reception always extremely pleasant and helpful. Nurses always efficient and positive. Kellye was professional, attentive, helpful. People in this practice always make a potentially unpleasant appointment a positive experience
