Kelsey and the Dr are absolute God sent! They have helped me since I started coming to them. Kelsey is always so helpful and informative, makes me feel like she cares and wants to make sure I'm taken care of and personal never rushed. I don't trust people easily and I can honestly say these two have my trust they'll do the best for my care and health

Visit was fine, exceptionally so. However, the additional, repetitive, and bothersome paperwork that Premier requires to be hand written and filled out at the Dr office is insane. Everything that was "required" had been in My-Chart for years, and even more aggravating, it totally repeated everything that I updated, reviewed, and completed in the pre-visit questionnaire just 48 hours earlier. Now tell me, what value was it for me to regurgitate this information a second and third time while sitting in the office and trying to listen to instructions? Never again.

The staff was quite kind and professional. The PA was super. She took time when explaining and looked to my having clarity with the impending procedure. Thank you!!

The required patient paperwork that needed to be updated should be made available prior to the scheduled appointment. The forms are redundant. They require multiple entries of the same information that the receptionist had just verbally verified.

Kelsey is extremely thorough and is a very good listener. I have been very sick and she has been nothing short of amazing. She replies promptly with MyChart and took the time to make a phone appointment with me. She's compassionate and knowledgeable. One of a kind! The medical field needs more people like her!

I like the provider, they've answered questions well, happy with them as a physician office. But this appointment was because I was due for a repeat colonoscopy. It is irritating that I had to come in for an office visit JUST TO SCHEDULE A COLONOSCOPY, nothing else was done. Do you really need a consult for a repeat colonoscopy, and if the answer is yes, could it NOT have been done over the phone? My work does not allow me to take off early, work half days. I had to take a vacation day, so I could go to office, say "yes" all is good, so they could schedule me for a "routine" colonoscopy. Very UNHAPPY about that!
