The mic on Dr. Mayrands side didn't work very well. I know she was speaking loudly in order for me to hear her. Something with the technology on her hand. I haven't had any issues on my end. My only reason for stating this was i was concerned aboit eldeely patients being unable to get the care they need, because of them being unable to hear well. It sounded to me like a technical issuse, otherwise I felt heard and Dr. Mayrand was helpful with symptom management.

The first time appointments to get you started with a provider take anywhere from 8 months to a year to schedule. It would be nice if there were more initial appointments to be had available sooner. Otherwise, it was an excellent visit.

Best PCP visit I've ever had. Dr. Mayrand was kind, actively listened, and didn't rush a thing. She agreed with my concerns and provide reasonable recommendations and next steps without making me feel bad about myself.

The team is always great. Dr. Mayrand is always quick to respond when I have questions. Always gives me explanations and answers all my questions. Tries to help me find solutions. Is incredibly personable. Its nice to have a doctor that actually listens.

Dr. Mayrand is an amazing doctor. She spent as much time as I needed, patiently and clearly answered my questions on my numerous health conditions and issues. She had obviously looked through my complicated medical records to followup with me on all of them from recent and past issues. She had foresight to ask if I was in need of FMLA documentaion due to all my appointments and conditions. We were able to deal with new issues during the appointment with her great skill, caring, and compassion. I wish I could have found a doctors like her years ago.

The office staff were kind and friendly. My doctor is always attentive. They squeezed me in the same day that I called. I appreciate them immensely.
