Kelsie and her team have helped me so much over the last 2 years, which was when she became my PCP. When I came to her my health felt like everything was out of control. She put a plan together to address each item in order of importance and we've worked together to get me back in a much better situation. I can't ever thank her enough. She is kind and knowledgeable and never made me feel anything less than capable and empowered to turn my health around. She's caring and compassionate while being straight to the point and I really appreciate that style.

The staff is wonderful. Not only do they care about your situation but they are willing to talk to you, as if you're family, in a way that makes you feel heard.

I enjoy my visits. Everyone is patient and kind and friendly and none of it seems fake. I truly feel like everyone in the office cares about me. Kelsie takes the time to listen to me and offers suggestions and doesn't push me but definitely emphasizes that I should take her advice. It's all very respectful. I have recommended this office to many people

I go to that office every six months and I always look forward to visiting with old friends. That's how I see everyone in that office. Its a joy to be with them

Thorough, kind, informative

The people in this office are great. Our provider was thorough and attentive. They do a really good job.

This is a terrific practice. Everyone is so helpful. The medical secretary and the nurse help you in so many ways. Last visit was by telephone and Kelsie Rohr, PA-C visited with me and answered my questions. She filled out paperwork for me that was necessary. Also gave me a referral to a practice for a procedure that I need. She is the greatest; and if you can get an appointment with her you will be fortunate.

Kelsie has been my provider for a couple of years. I have never seen a provider who has been more attentive and caring. She is the best.

Great Doctor and great staff.

As usual Kelsie was flexible to fit me in based on when I wanted to schedule. The visit was able to be done via televideo which was helpful. Appreciate Kelsie's ability to listen and respond to needs as well. For note, with telemedicine visits, it is blurred in background, but can see if people walk through. With that it would be nice to know you have a more private setting to know it is a discrete environment. The flexibility of telemedicine though is a major benefit!

Great staff

Very thorough! I was seeking another physician because my previous was not thorough! These folks ask a lot of questions and seem to be all about preventative care!

Not happy being told there was no co-pay due to a follow-up visit for a second shingles vaccine shot and updated blood draw. I only saw the nurse, as per the PA it was not necessary to see her. I would say a copay should not be charged on a follow-up visit, but if that is the case the same copay to see a nurse and not a PA seems excessive.

Great bedside mannner and very helpful

Dr Rohr is amazing! Each visit I again and again I think that I made best choice! She listen help, support even if my English far from good and all with friendly talk!
