The person checking me in at the window was rude. First, patients fill out several forms online via MyChart and then upon arriving that the providers office, they are presented with a paper form with small print and small places to write to enter the same information that they have entered online. This presents gives patients the idea that the provider is incompetent. Why can't the form be printed with all the information that has already been entered into MyChart. Seriously!!!

Dr. Reed listened to my history and my concerns and addressed all of my issues with recommendations and explanations.

The only negative I really have is that Dr. Reed most of the time would not make eye contact; when he did, it was fleeting. He also had a mask on during the entire time, which at times made it a bit difficult to understand.

This is a new referral; to this provider, but will be using this one for this type problems in the future.
