The staff was professional and kind. My appointment begins at the time I am scheduled. Dr. Torres listened to my concerns and she is taking proper steps to take care of my medical situation through examinations and testing. I am very grateful she is my doctor.

Great experience. The facility is nice, the staff are all sweet. My provider is always very personable and makes you feel like more than just another number in her office. She's very thorough in her explanations and always wants to make sure all my questions are answered.

Dr. Torres listened to all my concerns and explained everything in a way I could understand. She cared about all of me, including my mental health. She had solutions to my issues and was very attentive to my needs. This is the best experience I have ever had when it comes to women's health.

I was not able to get my procedure appointment scheduled until over a month out. Additionally, she refused to offer be pain meds or numbing for a procedure that is painful and the CDC recommended pain relief methods. She refused any accommodations I asked for regarding this procedure due to my extreme anxiety, and she did not tell me how to prepare whatsoever for the procedure.

Dr. Torres was extremely kind and compassionate. She was sensitive to age related needs of the senior woman. I can't say enough good about her clinical professionalism.

The staff at magnolia were the absolute sweetest and the best people I've ever experienced yet! So gentle so kind and care for not only my heath but my feelings as well. I can't recommend them enough!

This was my first visit and i was very pleased with the staff and also my new provider.

My knees are shot. I understand she was asking me to scooch closer and closer. I did it the best I could but I was in so much pain. Horrible pain. Not the procedure itself, that was fine, but pushing me to keep scooching closer and closer was horribly painful. There has to be a different way to get the needed samples.
