Dr. Kravitz is very polite and courteous and displays a very professional manner. He explained everything about the testing that was done and the results of the tests in a very simple and easy to understand conversation. We were impressed with his knowledge, and kindness towards my husband and I.

Everyone I have seen at this office has been very knowledgable.

The tech that was testing the pacemaker caused it to stop,causing headaches & made me feel unstable when trying to walk !! It took over 6 hours to feel normal again.

Fast service and good experience

No waiting, we were 20 minutes early and they were ready. They logged us in and the Dr. began the appointment 10minutes early and we were on our way home 20 minutes later.

The entire staff were very professional and took the time needed to understand my situation, and double checked to make sure they understood correctly !

Dr Kravitz is a top notch Dr. I trust him with my concerns and care. His medical assistant was professional but also friendly. However, the medical building on Needmore rd needs some help. There was no toilet paper in the first floor RR. On the 3rd floor where my appointment was was hot! It was uncomfortable in there. I felt bad for the staff to have to work in an uncomfortable environment . The medical assistant left the door open to our room until Dr Kravitz enter to help with the heat. I have asthma. It felt stifling in there. Otherwise the medical staff was top notch!
