My appointment was for 2pm. I was put in a room at 2:30pm. A half hour late. I sat in the room for another 30 minutes. Now an hour late. No one came in to check on me. No one apprised me of the lateness. I could plainly hear the doctor in the next room laughing and talking. When I was finally seen, not one mention was made of being an hour late.
